Join Rosie for a 5-week beginner course exploring the 5 elements in yoga. This course is designed to ground and recharge your body, mind and soul. A gentle introduction to yoga, covering philosophy, breathwork, meditation and embodied movement. All bodies are welcome, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to reconnect with your practice!
A restorative hour of movement, breathwork, and meditation as you become familiar with the basics of yoga.
This is a yoga class that welcomes everyone. Whether you’ve never tried yoga before or you’re a seasoned pro, Rosie will take you on a journey of re-connection with your body as you build strength and mobility.
Come with an open mind and a sense of curiosity and you will leave feeling recharged, grounded and more at peace.
