
Embodied Yoga
One of my favourite things to say as I teach yoga class is: "How does that feel for YOU?"

I don't believe yoga is about being able to fold yourself into a pretzel, having a chiselled stomach or sitting for hours and hours meditating. It is about cultivating a sense of who you are in that moment of time. How your body feels, how it moves, the relationship you hold with your surroundings, the people around you, the space you occupy.

Approaching movement this way can help you be gentler with yourself (something we all need!), and help you really tune into the whispers of what your body is trying to tell you.
​
I aim to hold a space for you in which we will breathe, move and meditate together in a relaxed and curious manner. At the end you will be recharged, grounded and more at peace.
​
You can join me in one of the following classes:
- 7.30pm Wednesday evening women's yoga circle (Sherston)
- Friday morning taster sessions at Tetbury Goods Shed
- 10am Monday mornings in Beverston Village hall (contact me to book)
