After the busy festive period, gift yourself some time to reflect and set intentions for the new year ahead. January is often a time when we are pushed to make goals, get fit and give up things! Tune into a softer rythmn this year by giving yourself some guided self-reflective time to daydream about what the next year may look like for you.

We’ll explore what makes your heart sing, how to light up your inner fire and take part in a ritual which honours the passing of the year, and the possibilities ahead of you. Instead of a list full of promises you'll be unlikely to uphold, create a Sankalpa - an intention based on the qualities that are already in you.
