Balance - Crystal Workshop and Women's Circle
Join us on the eve of Spring Equinox for a restorative and gentle evening as we are joined by Gather regular, Claire, to learn about how to harness the power of crystals to restore, revive and balance. On this day of the Spring Equinox, the length of the daylight and darkness are equal. This is a time of balance and the perfect moment to pause in reflection and anticipation of what lies ahead.
We will start our evening with a gentle grounding exercise and learning about the Spring Equinox, as well as an introduction to crystals. We will then pick our own healing crystals, especially chosen to honour this moment in nature where we are honour the passing of the shadow season and are on the cusp of lighter days.
