Summer Party + Sharing Supper

Join us on Wednesday 15th July for a special Summer celebration!

Come to the beautiful farm land of our friend and fellow Wild Rose - Els. Here, we'll set up camp amongst the wild flowers (or in the shelter of the barn if it's raining). We'll start with a playful and explorative movement session to wiggle out any tension and meet the rising energies of the Summer Solstice! Then we'll sink into a deeply relaxing sound bath so you can rest and restore with the birdsong and Rosie's healing instruments. We'll then gather around the fire to set intentions for the next half of the year and share any wins or reflections.

Finally, we'll gather to eat, drink and celebrate! Bring a dish to share!

Prices include herbal tea, yoga, circle and sound bath :)
