About the event
Join us on Wednesday 17th December for a special Winter Solstice celebration!
We'll start with a playful and explorative movement session to wiggle out any tension that can build up at this time of year! Then we'll sink into a deeply relaxing sound bath so you can rest and restore. We'll then open up a sharing circle to set an intention and reflect on our wins for the last year.
Finally we'll gather to eat, drink and celebrate the year so far! Bring a dish to share!
Prices include spiced cider or herbal tea, yoga, circle and sound bath :)
There is parking outside the village hall, or in the high street.
