What to expect

Step into the treatment room and get ready to float off to different realms! This powerful and meditative treatment will help heal and restore your body and mind. If your mind is particularly busy I will send you into a liminal state using a guided meditation, followed by an energy healing session. My hands may be gently placed on your clothed body, or working just above your skin. Here I will find any areas of stuck energy or tension and help create balance and softness within you. This is a great nervous system reset. Perfect for enhancing mental clarity and connecting with your own inner wisdom. It is very gentle and calming and you may even drift in and out of a light sleep.
